STAYING BACK IN THE OFFICE

I do spend a lot of time in the office. Yes, I do have a lot of work to do. I am not complaining at all. But I am organising some trip to the UK for some high ranking government officials. There are simply a lot to do. Hotel bookings, flight tickets, programs, letter this and letter that. I am a full fledged letter writer for some people. I suck at letters, but I don't know why people love to ask me to write letters for them. I hadn't been out of the country for a while so I don't even know whether I quite hack it for this task. There are way to many loose ends that I stick my neck out for them. My back hurts, maybe because the age thing or maybe because of the freaking high heels I had been wearing all day and all night long *sigh*. I haven't had dinner and my stomach started growling big time. I smoked more than half pack of ciggies. My lung is definitely filled with CO2.
For this trip, I don't even have time to shop for 'warm' clothes and they said it is getting colder in London. Our business partners almost gave up on us to organise meetings since we do things the last minutes. I am excited about this trip at the same time nervous since I could detect some eyes were looking at me and waiting for me to fall hard on my ass oops arse (since I am going to the UK, I should be familiar with the lingo). We just wait and see. The challenge of bringing the troop of 20 people with 1st class arrangements made me shiver just thinking about it.
It's getting late and I am ranting again...
